The room was comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had. the hotel was situated in a prime location, close to the museum and bike routes, making it easy to explore the area.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. the indoor parking was too limited, causing people to park outside and receive tickets from the police.

The parking area was a bit of an issue, as there were not enough spaces and NO indoor parking. the television channels provided were very limited, which was unfortunate.

I had an amazing time at the hotel. The view from my room was astonishing - I could see Turtle Island clearly. The room was clean and had excellent facilities - double washbasin, coffee-maker, and even a swing on the corner balcony. The hotel served an extensive breakfast menu comprising Chinese and Western dishes. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Moreover, the hotel was near to the museum and bike routes, making it very accessible.

I absolutely loved my experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is incredible, right by the small port and offering stunning views of Turtle Island. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with the walls soundproofed well. I also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, such as the double washbasin outside the bathroom and the convenient coffee-maker. Plus, the corner side balcony with a swing was a delightful surprise.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
